HIRING DIESEL TECHNICIANS/MECHANICS IN MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
- $5000 Retention Bonus on all locations, except Jacksonville and Clermont are $7500

Technician Benefits
- Up to $44.00 hourly depending on certification level, experience, and shift
- $5000 Retention Bonus on all locations, except Jacksonville and Clermont are $7500
- Shift Differential Pay - available for any shift from 2:00 pm or later
- Monthly Tool Allowance from $50-$80 based on tenure
- Apprenticeship Support - part time while in school
- ASE Certification Testing Reimbursement PLUS Wage Increases for each certification
- In-house training through Mack, Autocar, McNeilus, EZ Pak, Meritor, MGM

Technician Requirements:
- Knowledge of Suspension Inspections, Diagnosis and Repair
- Knowledge of Brake System Inspections, Diagnosis and Repair
- Knowledge of Electrical System Inspection, Diagnosis and Repair
- Knowledge of Hydraulic System Inspection, Diagnosis and Repair
- Proficient in the use of Diagnostic tools with the ability to interpret and make repairs from Service Manuals
- Ability to complete work within Suggested Repair Times (SRTs) and the ability to estimate time and material required for repairs
- Knowledge to provide assistance and guidance to Assistant Technicians and Shop Helpers.
- CDL Class B (preferred within 12 months)
